At Fresh Ideas, I started as the Digital Marketing Specialist, where I managed 30+ social accounts, including Bleu Events, Fresh Ideas Food, Fresh Ideas Farms, PureFit Meals and various Dining Hall Accounts across the mid-west. In addition to digital community management, I conceptualized and executed creative content projects on the daily. Developed and implemented marketing programs and strategies with engaging content to be shared across a variety of platforms, including social media, digital signage systems, promotional items and print.


I attended events and tastings regularly to photograph and create original content that grew Bleu Events engagement rates by 411% in one year.


As I moved up to Fresh Ideas’ senior creative, I planned, directed and executed photoshoots in collaboration with the Director of Marketing. These photoshoots were a critical component that enhanced and strengthened the brand experience. My initiative to eliminate the use of stock photography and build an internal catalog of engaging content, extended our marketing budget and allowed for full authenticity online. My photos are still being used to this day!

NAVIGATING COVID-19 ON SOCIAL

My last accomplishment was successfully managing Fresh Idea's corporate marketing navigation of Covid-19, single handedly. Our corporate accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter & LinkedIn) experienced a 33.5% growth in organic impressions and a 67.5% organic engagement rate increase over two months. My social and content creation skills increased their Twitter engagement 400% in those two months as well.
