TransAct Mobile Ordering App Launch
In my time at Fresh Ideas’, the team at Maryville University Director of Dining Services, Stephanie Lautner and I collaborated on the marketing strategy for the launch of their new mobile ordering app, TransAct. TransAct was an exciting new app from Blackboard at the time that provided a simple, convenient way to order, pay and pick up.
BRAND GUIDELINES
Using the TransAct branding that was provided, I created an entire campaign that was was unique to Maryville University but still complemented the existing style guides of both entities.

COVID-19
The TransAct app also became an integral part of Fresh Ideas’ response during the COVID-19 pandemic. Many students were still on campus when shutdowns started. The culinary team converted the dining hall into a six-station ghost kitchen from which students utilized the technology to mobile order food for pickup or delivery.
